By becoming a member of Priya Shah’s Arrange Love Marriage bureau, you will receive profiles (bio-data) and photographs of potential matrimonial matches via email. This service will continue until you find a suitable match or become engaged, within a one-year period. Please note that while we strive to help you find the right match, Priya Shah and the bureau do not guarantee marriage or engagement within this time frame.

Service Limitations:
Membership is intended solely for the exchange of profiles between potential matches. We do not guarantee any specific number of profiles you will receive daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Additionally, the bureau does not promise or arrange meetings; meetings will occur only after mutual consent from both parties involved. No member shall assume any promises or guarantees that are not explicitly provided by Priya Shah or her bureau.

No Guarantees:
Priya Shah and her bureau make no promises or guarantees regarding the outcome of any matrimonial search or the quality of any match. The bureau’s role is limited to providing bio-data and photographs for consideration. The decision to pursue a relationship or marriage is entirely up to the individuals involved.

Non-Refundable Membership:
The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the services, failure to find a match, or any other reasons. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that the fee is non-refundable once you have received the first set of bio-data.

Accuracy of Information:
By providing your bio-data to Arrange Love Marriage, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Priya Shah and the bureau are not responsible for any discrepancies or false information provided by members.

Privacy and Confidentiality:
All personal information, including bio-data and photographs, shared with the bureau is kept confidential. The information will only be shared with potential matches and their families. By joining, members agree not to share any received profiles with third parties without prior consent.

Member Conduct:
Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of information shared through the bureau will result in immediate termination of membership without a refund.

Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals who are legally eligible to marry under the laws of their respective countries. By joining, members confirm that they are single, divorced, or legally separated and that they intend to enter into a lawful marriage.

Termination of Membership:
Priya Shah’s bureau reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual who violates the Terms & Conditions or engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or harmful. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the services provided by Priya Shah’s bureau will be addressed through amicable discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the bureau operates.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:
Priya Shah’s bureau reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Priya Shah and her bureau are not liable for any outcomes, including emotional distress or financial loss, arising from interactions with potential matches. Members engage with others at their own risk.
